Welcome to Digital Reimagery (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to our website and use of our digital photo-restoration services. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of Our Services
We provide digital photo restoration, editing, and enhancement services. All products delivered are digital. No physical items are shipped.
2. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Upload photos you own or have full permission to use.
Not upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without authorization.
Not misuse, resell, or redistribute any Digital Reimagery digital deliverables.
Not reverse-engineer or attempt to replicate our proprietary editing processes.
3. Delivery of Digital Products
Digital restorations are delivered via email, client portal, or download link.
Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on workload.
4. Revisions / Remakes
Your purchase includes:
Up to 2 remakes, free of charge
Remakes must be requested before approving the final version
After approval, the project is considered complete and closed
No refunds are offered for digital products (see Refund Policy).
5. Intellectual Property
You own the original photo and the final edited version. However:
Digital Reimagery retains rights to its editing processes and proprietary techniques.
You receive a personal-use license for the final edited image.
Edited images may not be claimed as your own creative work or resold as a service.
We will never use your images publicly without your written permission.
6. Prohibited Content
Do not upload images containing:
Illegal or harmful content
Explicit content involving minors
Copyrighted material you do not own
Abusive, harassing, or defamatory material
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
7. Liability
Digital Reimagery is not liable for:
Loss of original files
Issues caused by low-resolution uploads
Misrepresentations from the customer
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service.
8. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates are effective when posted on our website.
